Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through this website.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
We accept credit and debit card payments processed securely through our website.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Pickup Policy
All orders must be picked up in person at the date, time, and location provided during checkout or in the order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for arriving on time for pickup.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom and perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed pickups, or order changes.
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we may review the issue.
